Eligible Returns: Items must be completely unopened, in their original cellophaned box, and in pitch-ready retail condition within 7 days of purchase.

Exchanges: Opened items are not eligible for exchange or refund due to hygiene and luxury brand policies.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be sent via Mobile Money (MoMo) or Bank Transfer within 48 hours of item verification by our team.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to our Galilea Market boutique unless the return is due to our shipping error.
